I have the latest Logos Verbum software on my HP desktop and my android phone and both are amazing. I wish I could say the same for my Surface RT. When will that app development be on par with the Windows Desktop quality and my android phone????

Hi Timothy, as you might expect, there has been lots of discussion about this. The quick answers are:

  1. The RT app will never be on a par with Windows desktop. Windows RT just isn't powerful enough for that.
  2. More realistic is the expectation that it will be on a par with the Android app. But this is still a long way off, if it happens at all. That's simply because so few people own Windows RT, that the development costs are very hard to justify. If RT gets much more popular, then I'm sure development work will increase.

It gets worse, forget about any issues with Logos running on Surface RT, the issue is with Surface RT itself.

Surface RT is dead in the water and you should not expect that it is going to improve. Microsoft has lost almost a $ billion on it, and hardware manufacturers are pulling out of making them. The writing is on the wall.
