Some enhancements need clarification
1. It is not clear what options are available for:
Search Panel Basic
Implemented linguistic sensitivity for searches. For example, “[match breathing, accents] ὀπτάνομαι” would search “be sensitive to breathing marks and accents in this term”.
2. I still see the Topic Section:
Search Panel Basic
Redundant “Topic” sections have been removed due to better integration with the Topic & Sermon Starter Guides.
3. Please explain or give examples for:
KeyLink
Made KeyLinking more sensitive to Hebrew and Greek marks.
Typing text in the resource navigator box returns better results.

I have updated the release notes to include a link to this page: Search Matching Commands

I've clarified it a bit. We removed links to topics.logos.com since that has now been superseded by the Topic Guide.

- Open HALOT and navigate to the article: אֲבִיעֶזֶר
- Now double-click on the root word in that article: עֵזֶר
- Previous result: You’d find yourself taken to the article for I עזר, even though there is a better match with an exact spelling of עֵזֶר.
- New result: You are taken to the article for עֵזֶר
This same sort of sensitivity is now implemented when suggesting words while typing in the navigator box.

Thanks Dylan

Did you mean the New Result is the article for עֵזֶר?

Er, ah, I can see topics.logos.com as a failed attempt (despite some of my best efforts) but to imply that Topic Guide supersedes it is puzzling/nonsensical to say the least. If, however, this is true I would suggest that the topics portion of topics.logos.com be removed so that I waste no more time trying to integrate names from http://www.abarim-publications.com/, mentally complaining that Logos never addressed disambiguation and update issues, addressing alternative vocabulary by denomination etc. ....

The spec shows a "topics.logos.com" section in the Topic Guide, but obviously no such section is present. I'll follow up on this.

I appreciate the granularity that these options give, but fear they will never be used. Could we include the main options on the search menu, perhaps in place of "search all forms" (at least for a morph search).
This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!

• [match marks] — makes all non-spacing marks significant. Equivalent to Logos 3 “marks()”.
• [match nomarks] — ignores all non-spacing marks, regardless of language defaults.
• [match exact] — equivalent to the Logos 3 “exact()” term modifier. These could be added to the search menu for Morph in place of the algorithmic "Match all word forms", recognising that English words are still valid but restricted to the stated form.

"Topics.logos.com" section will be implemented in 5.2 Beta 3.
