Bump this. This work is absolutely fabulous. I'm glad my library has two copies of this so I don't feel bad that one is with me most of the time, but I'd love to have it in Logos.

Bumping this thread again, in Christmas hope, that somehow someway someday this would make it into Logos.
AFAIK there is no electronic edition of this available anywhere. It would be incredible as a Logos edition. I'm a cheapskate, but I'd dare say I'd pay a premium over the list print price for this.
