I've not had issues with indexing with past updates but after the latest (Logos 5.2 SR-3 (5.2.0.0091)) the software will not index past the 11% point. Also, the "pause indexing" does nothing when I attempt to use that option. When I restart the software I get the dialog box stating the the program didn't shutdown normally and would I like to send a report to Logos. Seems like it shuts down okay, but each time I restart I get the dialog. I have an iMac mid 2011 with 12 gig ram. I have shutdown Logos several times and restarted my computer to try to get things moving with no success.
Thanks,
Jeff

I think I followed the logging instructions to create this file. Thanks.
You did well. It is a Mono error which may be connected with indexing LLS:5.20.5 The Life and Times of Jesus the Messiah. You can hide this resource and allow indexing to resume. If successful you can unhide it and a new version will be downloaded.
I hid the resource, the Indexing stopped, a resource was immediately available to install, I did so (Universal Timeline database, I think). Started indexing again and is again stuck on 11%.
Logs please!

I'm going to recommend that you delete the Library Index (Users/jeffbailey/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/sj4i0gv8.8yb/LibraryIndex) and restart Logos, but I can't guarantee you won't run into the same problem. So you can contact Logos Support now or later!
So far, so good. Wondering Dave, how do I unhide the Life and Times . . . ?
Go to Program Settings >> Hidden Resources, right click to unhide and restart Logos.
