At Colossians 3.1 the word "seated" has a superscript d before it. The reference is to Eph 1.20. When I click the 'd' it goes to Ephesians 1.20.

Is there anyway that I can insert a superscript in a book that will do the same same as the above?

mm.

Do you mean a PB or a Logos resource?

I think the closest you can come to this is to add a note to the location, give it a note indicator that would tell you it's a reference link, then insert the link into a note. when you hover over the note indicator it would give you a pop up of your note, clicking on it would open the note and then ctrl+click on the link would open the other location.
