2 Libraries different Qty's

I run L4 on 2 machines- both have been running Beta no issues:
#1 has 3732 items
#2 has 3772 items
40 books difference- I have even taken #2 's resource folder and moved to #1 and still the library shows 3732, even after I rebuilt the index,
Why would there be such a difference and how can I find out what is not in one library versus's another?

I should also mention their resource folders show:
#1 3801 items
#2 3841 items

This is a very, very interesting scenario and I will be interested to know what the cause turns out to be!

You're just building an insurmountable lead in post count [:D]. At this rate you may even catch Tom! [8-|]

40 books is significant, but I have noticed that Logos 4 only installes lbxlls and logos4 resouces. It picked up old LLS 2 resources on a computer where I had them already installed in LDLS, but didn't install them on a computer that has only seen Logos 4.

I can only suggest that you make a copy of the #2's computer's resources directories and in the commandbox type:
Scan \path\to\#2 files\
restart Logos and let it go to work.
Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.
