Hey all, how do I set up a Vimeo video so that when I add it to Proclaim, it streams just the video instead of showing the whole web page? I didn't have this problem with youtube, but am now struggling with Vimeo? Here is the link to the video I wish to feed. I created it this am. https://vimeo.com/92059933

Thanks.

I tried it and it works for me (http://player.vimeo.com/video/92059933)

However, I think you have some settings on your video that don't allow it to play in HD except for when a user is on www.vimeo.com

I get the whole web page with the video just in a small thumbnail on it? Is that a setting in Proclaim?

I will double check settings for HD in Vimeo... Please advise.

Doesn't look like there's a way to auto-play the video. I'd advise getting the video into proclaim locally instead of streaming from Vimeo.

I'd only stream from YouTube or Vimeo if you're in a bind and need something quick.

The file is 246 meg and Proclaim will only hold 209? I was trying to put it on the web. Locally doesn't give us access form multiple cites. Any ideas?

Yeah, that's a bummer that there's a limit.

However, I can download your video directly from Vimeo and it's 63Mb. Most likely Vimeo compressed it.

For HD videos, use 1280x720 H.264. Adjusting the quality until you get under the file size limit.

Most (non-technical) people can't tell the difference between 1280x720 and 1920x1080 anyway. Especially if the video is being projected on a screen 30+ feet away from the front row of the audience.

Another thing that will greatly reduce the file size is change the audio from 48kHz to 44.1kHz

If the video only has speech, you won't notice a quality difference. If the video has music, you might notice a slight loss in quality.

It is a music sound track for the choir to sing along with...which has music video as well. I do not understand why I am getting the whole web page in Proclaim rather than just the video? Any thoughts on that? Never had this problem before.
