Hello,
I use the RSVCE for my preferred Bible but, I have a Bible study that I am making into a Personal Book and all the Bible references are for the NAB and I would like to use that version for this Bible Study.
I know that I can simply change my preferred Bible but, if there is a way to just change it for this study I would rather do that.

The Advanced Priority feature will do what you want. Be sure to put the Advanced Priority item above the RSVCE

Yes, but won't that use the NAB for all my resources?
No - with Advanced Priority you state what resource you want NAB to apply to. An example:
