BUG: display/cursor position in community tags
In this view, it looks as if I should be able to place my cursor in the community tags box and scroll to see the remaining text. I cannot.
However, in this view the whole text is clearly visible because the text wraps:
I should be able to see it all in both views.

On Mac, I can't see the community tags at all on the Info page.
(Not that I miss them, mind you. This is one parity issue I don't care the least about.)
