5.2b RC1 Bookstore crash when working offline

I have a repeatable crash with the Bookstore feature. To replicate:
- Work offline and run a passage guide.
- The PG will run without the Bookstore section.
- Now Click on the Add menu and add in a Bookstore section. You'll get this:
Error ID: 8278
Error detail: NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at LDLS4.BookstoreApplicationServices.GetUnownedResourceIdsForReference(DataTypeReference reference, LanguageName language, IWorkState state)
at Libronix.DigitalLibrary.Guides.Sections.BookstoreSection.<DoWork>d__6.MoveNext()
at Libronix.Utility.Threading.AsyncWorkerTask`1.EnumMoveNext()

I get the same error immediately when I run the my custom passage guide that already has the section in it. (while offline, of course).
Steps:
- Set Use Internet to no.
- Restart Logos.
- Run MyPassageGuide with Bookstore section already in it.
- Crash

I can reproduce this. Working on a fix now.
