I don't know what happened after upgrading after indexing
my resources have dropped quite dramatically
Could somebody from logos explain?
I have I actually lost approximately 2000+ resources from upgrading to Logos 6 Extended Crossgrade
and going to return the upgrade package if this cannot be put right or explained
mick
Send an email to phil@faithlife.com,. That is unusual. Something went wrong. You never lose resources, even when Logos can no longer sell it.

I suspect this has been by recent licencing server problems at Logos' end. Typing update resources into your command box may fix it.
But first, go to www.biblia.com and see how many resources you have there. If it's what you expect, then it's likely a server issue. If it's not, then customer services will need to help you out.
Try to login to www.biblia.com my login details are not working
cannot see the point of contacting support as they don't seem to come back to me maybe just too busy
I'm based in the UK ,
unfortunately I have not got much time to spend chasing after missing resources
appreciate if somebody from the technical support team would look into this matter and put it right
or give me information when it will be put right
Michael Parry -Thomas: Try to login to www.biblia.com my login details are not working mick
I am able to login Michael. Make sure you are using the same email address and password for the software and biblia.com. This applies to pretty much all of the sites run by Faithlife.
When I try to login previously it was using a new layout page, which is being redesigned and updated
I've just gone back to the link and its loading up the old style page

Hey Michael, you're right that's odd. I passed your information to our customer service team. Someone will be in touch soon to help sort this out.

What's Logos Lib reporter?
Cynthia Tucker: What's Logos Lib reporter?
A utility put together by Steve Clark (a Logos user who has been a real help to many) to provide information about what is in your library and to compare changes after updates.
