Just discovered that when switching between commentaries with the Parallel Resource button, the resource that is being switched to resolves to the beginning of the resource instead of to the passage that is parallel.

For instance, I have Kostenberger on John in BECNT open to John 3:16 and switch to the parallel passage that is available in Beasley-Murray on John in WBC. Instead of opening Beasley-Murray to John 3:16, it opens it to the Title Page. This behavior is consistent with all commentaries.

This bug has been introduced by Beta 3 because it was working correctly in Beta 2.

Perhaps that is what the Release Notes are referring to here:

Known Issues

  • Parallel Resources may not use the current headword when changing resources.

Apparently this issue is not limited to headwords, it also affects Bible references.

No, this is a new bug (and I've added a new Known Issue). It appears that when headword support was added, data type reference support was broken. I've filed a bug, and it should be fixed in the next beta.
