Ronald Quick:

I ordered mine for 0.00. This was several hours ago.

I'm curious.

  1. Was it $0.00 on the webpage or when you added it to the cart?
  2. Are you in the academic program?
  3. Do you have one of the L6 packages that it is listed as included?
  4. Did you have to enter a code?
  5. Did you receive an email informing you of this resource?

Just trying to figure out the reason it is $0.00 for some, and $35.95 for others.

I know this was directed to Ronald, but I figured I would jump in an explain my experience.

This morning I went to the Logos product page as usual and browsed all products by "savings." This is something I will do from time-to-time to see if anything is on sale or free. Today, Classic Hebrew Poetry displayed as $0.00. I previously did not own the resource nor own am L6 base package with the resource listed as included. I am on the academic discount program, but I never received an email nor did I enter a code. It was luck of the draw, I guess.

Hope this helps.

Thanks John; I guess we can all safely come to the conclusion that it was a mistake that was quickly remedied, and some were able to get the resource before the correction kicked in.

3.  No I did not have one of the L6 packages.

4.  There was no code.

I know that I was able to purchase it for free after some people posted in this thread they could not.

I'm pretty sure now that it was a mistake, and Faithlife realized and fixed it. The fix probably took a little while to completely kick in.

This is a great deal if the price were right. I've a physical copy sitting a few feet from me. I'd love to have it in Logos at a discount.

That's correct. It was an error on our end that has now been fixed. Thanks!

How come I miss all the good errors?

P.S. Does anyone have the url you can bookmark that filters out items you already own? It was on the forums a while ago, but I can't find it.
