Ever since I installed Logos 6 the index has been stuck at 0%. I had Logos 5 installed on this laptop and this never happened. I checked the hard drive for bad sectors and nothing came up. The laptop is running windows 7. Any ideas?
I'm sure someone more knowledge than I will be along shortly to help you out better, but I have had a few problems with this. I closed Logos, went into task manager, and killed the indexer, then rebooted and restarted Logos. Then it worked fine.
You could try that; if it doesn't work, you'll need to wait for more advanced helpers. They will want logs.
Sean:They will want logs
Yes. If the restart didnt work. https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
macOS, iOS & iPadOS | Logs | Install
Here are the logs. 4331.LogosError.zip
5657.LogosIndexerCrash.zip
1031.LogosIndexerError.zip
I had to use "rebuild index" command.
You'll have to rebuild the index by deleting the folder
C:\Users\Laura\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\vlrseea0.wp3\LibraryIndex
Then start Logos to resume indexing.
