Very often yes. Seemingly random Logos and Vyros books are offered for free at seemingly random times.

Vyrso releases free books several times per week, and the daily twitter deal is 50% off a specific resource for the day.

A large percentage of the free Vyrso books are from David C Cook. You can have them email you every time they have a free book http://www.dccebooks.com/ or you can just check Vyrso every day for free books as other publishers also offer things. I just downloaded 2 more free books from Vyrso. And then I went to Logos and sorted by lowest price. There are quite a few that are free! I never thought to sort by price before, so thanks for sending me that Vyrso link Tom.
Here is my favorite way to sort:
Vyrso:

The sorting is not flawless, but gives you 60 items per page and more or less hides stuff you already own--which narrows down what you have to look at to get your freebies.
