Most of you are probably familiar with the compare versions feature in the Passage Guide. It's a handy graph that shows which versions are similar to each other. You can also get to this by opening the Passage Analysis too. I noticed a while ago that the passage analysis tool allowed you to view it in 3D. You can even rotate the model! However, does anyone know how this makes it more useful? I can rotate the model and make it look like it's saying things it doesn't. Take a look:

I think I just saw NIV eclipsed by the NRSV!  I have yet to see the value of that visualization, in either 2D or 3D.

I am glad I am not the only one who has been puzzled by this feature.

The cluster graph has always been difficult to understand and this only makes it more so... it is pretty though.

Whew!  I'm glad I'm not the only one who has never figured out what this feature is good for.

I thought it was just me...

Okay, let's all make picket signs and assemble outside Logos chanting "I want Hebrew Visuwords. I want Greek Visuwords. I want Syriac Visuwords. I want Amharic Visuwords." Hey, it's even more fun to play with and shares the same bouncy movement.

It's the "postmodern" bible compare tool...we cannot know which bible is closer to which...and it's a constantly moving target    Big Smile

Are you using this feature with your complimentary Logos 3-D glasses? It won't work without them.
