Here is a screenshot showing that it downloaded yesterday but I guess it could have just been updated from a previous version.

That wasn't the question. If it was just finished, they would have released it immediately to base package owners, since those have already paid, while others will have to wait for the official ship date.

Now I understand what you were saying. I made an incorrect assumption because it downloaded yesterday. Sorry about the confusion.

I got it just fine.
I received this yesterday as part of my base package upgrade.
As per the product page, this is included in L6 Diamond and above,
I haven't checked the denominational lines to see if it is included in any other packages.

I also ordered through Community Pricing and have yet to receive it...bummer...I must be really at the bottom of the list!
On the Logos website, it is still described as "Under development". And that is how it is described in My Orders.
