I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SYNC FOR AN HOUR AND I GET A RED TRIANGLE WHEN I TRY TO SYNC AND IT SAYS TRY AGAIN

THIS IS VERY UNSTABLE

I HAVE A VERY EARLY PRESENTATION I AM WORKING ON AND THIS IS VERY FRUSTATING.

IF YOU WANT TO BE A VIABLE OR STABLE CHURCH PRESENTATION SOFTWARE YOU MUST FIX THIS UNSTABLE PLATFORM

LAST TIME I SENT 3 HOURS TRYING TO FIX IT, I THOUGHT IT WAS MY GRACE WAY MEDIA WHICH HAD JUST RENEWED AND DELETED IT AND RELOADED IT A NUMBER OF TIME TO TRY AND FIX

THEN I GOT A $1500 BILL FROM YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE GRACEWAY MEDIA.  WHEN THEY CREDITED IT BACK TO ME I LOST OVER $50 DUE TO THE TRANSACTION EXCHANGE BETWEEN AMERICAN / CANADIAN. 

THE RESULT OF THE PROBLEM WAS THE PROCLAIM WAS HAVING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS,,,,, THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN. AND THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO LET THERE CUSTOMERS KNOW THEY WERE WORKING ON THE SYSTEM.

THIS IS VERY BAD

WHY DOE THE RED TRIANGLE SHOW UP AND IT WON'T SYNC

Hello Craig, 

Sorry to hear you're being affected by the outage. While I'm sure it will be resolved quickly you could fall back to using our backup/restore feature in the meantime. With this feature you can put your entire presentation on a thumb drive and load it onto the presenting machine. Not ideal I know but hopefully this will help get you by tonight.
