It has been quite frustrating but I do realise that this must have been a massive accident possibly beyond whatever any contingency plans that Faithlife currently have could cope with.

The whole episode again demonstrates how even the most robust man-made system could suddenly be not so robust after all.

Thank you to all members of the Faithlife Team who have worked tirelessly and under such severe stress to bring the whole system back to life.

May the Almighty God continue to uphold all of you and all yours in Jesus' Name, Amen.

I've been also in an IT and telecom support team long time ago, and I know how it feels, and I join these thanks and above. I thought I'll also buy a book to give some concrete support

Looks like the download works now. Actually I've got the fastest download ever. The connection is 4G mobile (LTE), the maximum about 25 Mbit/s

Maybe they've got new servers and I think that the Logos servers are not yet congested with the update traffic. 

The second thing is my mobile LTE connection. It is supposed to go up to 100 Mbit/s, but normally I get 3 Mbit/s, although apparently occasionally it allows more. (I used to have and ASDL connection which was limited to 11 Mbit/s. Now my house is being renovated and I am using the mobile LTE connection in a temporary housing)
