Does anyone know what the Pre-Pub price versus upgrade price will look like? I pre-ordered, but I already own NICOT/NT. Would it be cheaper to just order the upgraded set? My per volume cost (academic) is $30 now. Is that likely to scale, where I am six dollars better waiting?
