How in the world do we enter the Christmas sweepstakes?  I go to the page and it says enter to win but there is no way to enter.

I have never been able to enter. Think maybe you have to be a US citizen.

Funny, I'm the one that normally has computer/web issues, but it worked fine to me.

There's what appears to be a Java applet on the right...if it isn't loading, perhaps you should update your Java?  (Here's what I saw, and was easily able to enter-)...(and BTW, I got there with Ken's link)

My thanks to the various MVPs. Without them Logos would have died early. They were the only real help available.

That might be it.  I know my Java at work is not updated (I have no control) and I need to update Java at home.  I'll try that.  Good call.

Facebook is blocked at work for me, and so the applet never finishes loading at work.  At home it's fine for me.

If you have adblocker turned on, it won't show up. Try turning it off and reloading the page.

Logos Christmas Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia, over the age of 18, excluding residents from New York, Florida, California, and Rhode Island, with daily access to the Internet during the Giveaway and subsequent prize-award period unless otherwise specified by Logos Bible Software (“Sponsor”).

Make sure you're a legal US resident. Make sure you don't live in New York or Florida or California or Rhode Island and make sure you have DAILY ACCESS to the Internet! Quite frankly, Logos' contests suck for a lot of customers.

Why is it so limited? Logos is such an international company, at least based off of forum participation.

Why is it so limited?

Blame all the various sweepstakes laws.

But for Canadian sweepstake laws (with the possible exclusion of Quebec) all they would have to do is ask the winner a "skill testing question" like Name the first 5 books of the New testament. But it is my fault for not checking before entering.
