I ordered a resource last night (Dale Allison's ICC on James). The download initiated but it continues to loop through without ever finishing. It will quickly get to 100% only to start over again and repeat the same thing. Eventually it will just stop without downloading the resource. Every time I start Logos this happens.

Hi Cliff

There is a problem in saving resources into the UpdateManager/Resources area.

This is affecting a number of resources - examples below:

01/23/2015 06:28:28 | WARN | 6 | IndexerProgram | The download job 'Update:15939' for update 'Resource DB:NT-MANUSCRIPT-DATA', downloading to '/Volumes/Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/pp3r9ml2.2j1/UpdateManager/Resources/15939' has status 'Failed'; removing the job.
01/23/2015 06:28:28 | ERROR | 6 | IndexerProgram | The download job 'Update:15939' for update 'Resource DB:NT-MANUSCRIPT-DATA' has failed 4 times; aborting it.
01/23/2015 06:28:28 | WARN | 6 | DownloadJob | Download error 0x00000200: The file “LiteraryTyping.lbssd.lbsevp” couldn’t be saved.
01/23/2015 06:28:28 | WARN | 6 | IndexerProgram | The download job 'Update:15940' for update 'Resource DB:LITERARYTYPING', downloading to '/Volumes/Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/pp3r9ml2.2j1/UpdateManager/Resources/15940' has status 'Failed'; removing the job.
01/23/2015 06:28:28 | ERROR | 6 | IndexerProgram | The download job 'Update:15940' for update 'Resource DB:LITERARYTYPING' has failed 4 times; aborting it.
01/23/2015 06:28:28 | WARN | 6 | DownloadJob | Download error 0x00000200: The file “LCO.lbssd.lbsevp” couldn’t be saved.

Is there potentially a file permission issue or a shortage of space?

Graham,

Thanks for the reply. In short, I would not know regarding "File Permission." I have received no warning messages regarding this.

I do know that I have plenty of space left.

Do you have a suggested fix?

Thanks.

Bradley,

It's kind of hard to bring a desktop to work, eh? Wink

Besides, CS has been looking into this for me.

Ditto, I am experiencing something similar (note: I'm running Logos 6 on Mac - Mavericks)
