I can reproduce this and filed a bug.

This crash/hang will probably happen in any resource that has only headwords (and not reference milestones). I'm adding this to the release notes.

I got a crash when right-clicking in the Concise Oxford English Dictionary. I'm assuming this is the same bug.

EDIT: I understand better now. This bug pretty much affects all dictionaries & encyclopedias that don't have a page index. Don't right click!

When trying to copy on right-clicking a selection in the Encyclopedia of 7700 Illustrations, I get a repeatable lock up and have to kill process to exit.

Similar problem in L4 Mac 4.5b Beta 6 with this resource. The only difference is that instead of lock-up, L4 Mac disappears.
