Are each of these computers running the same operating system?

Are all of these videos in the same format, or are these different formats as well?

Can you play the videos on the uploading computer directly?

It would be great if you could attempt to upload a file and then attach your log files to this thread. You can find those files in the following location:

Mac:

/Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/
The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

Windows:

XP - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
Vista/Win7 - %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\

Unable to upload videos of any size. Have tried large and small. I get an error that says the program is unable to load. have tried on multiple computers with same results.
