Had the same this morning after I got SR3 installed yesterday. Not only was the sync slow, but after the home page showed after a long delay, the restart of the software after the download of updated resources didn't work, neither the indexing. I reckoned that it was a service problem. I did close the computer and restarted the computer again after a few minutes and then restarted Logos, and it opened a bit quicker, though still slow, and the indexing started and apart from starting still slow, all worked fine again.
