[ACK] NELSON'S NEW ILLUSTRATED BIBLE COMMENTARY - MAP MISSING ON PAGE 57
I have the hardback copy of NELSON'S NEW ILLUSTRATED BIBLE COMMENTARY, and there is a map on page 57 titled JACOB'S TRAVEL'S IN THE LAND OF CANAAN, that is not in the digital edition , here on LOGOS. This map needs to be inserted in the proper place before the next update comes out, so that it will be updated. Thank you.

I don't see this either.
On a different note: would you mind looking this up and seeing if it looks the same for you? It isnt a big deal, but it doesn't look good. It may be a mac issue...

Thank you Rick. Yes alabama24 that is right. I actually did not think that I would find mistakes such as this in the digital editions on LOGOS BIBLE SOFTWARE! This is really ridiculous.

This book is with Logos for a long time now, it was last updated in 2002. I personally don't think we need all-caps and 14 exclamation marks, much less immediate attention to this issue at a Saturday 6:30 a.m.

Interesting, its not even listed in the List of Maps.
Though, I thank you for pointing the resource out. I am enjoying a new discover in my library that, like so many others, goes unnoticed in the sea of resources that we gather in our libraries.

The identical map can be found in the King James Version Study Bible
Jacob's Travels in the Land of Canaan
Also this same map in Color can be found in Rose Then and Now Bible Maps
The Holman Bible Atlas has a similar map
Try searching Jacob in the Media Search and then choose Maps.
I know you are disappointed this maps is missing in your resource but this may be a work around.
This original map was found in the MacMillian Bible Atlas and then updated in Carta Bible Atlas. Rose then and Now Bible Maps has some of the Carta Maps in Color.

Thank you John Brumett for showing us other places where this identical map can be found. It is much appreciated. Nevertheless, LOGOS desperately needs to update NELSON'S NEW ILLUSTRATED BIBLE COMMENTARY - which I understand as not been updated since 2002. That is a long time to go without updating a resource such as this.

We're going to try to track down files and see if we can find the missing image. The fact that the map is not listed in the list of maps in the Table of Contents leads me to believe that--for whatever reason--we didn't have the rights to include that particular map.

If that is true, you need some method of notifying the user so that we don't have the issue popping up every so often when someone else notices.
