Google have made ARC Welder available. It allows developers to test Android apps to see if they work on a Chrome OS e.g. a Chromebook or Chromebox.

There are some Android apps that work on Chrome e.g Evernote and Dualingo. These are the standard Android apps - not Chrome OS ports.

I tried Logos and Verbum, on Chrome OS by just pulling the .apk file into ARC Welder. You get a logon screen, can logon, get the library listing, but them no-more. OliveTree's Bible app works well.

Will Faithlife be modifying their Android apps to work in Chrome OS? It might be a better option for some than using Biblia.com or LogosNow, since it will have more functionality..... and personal notes.

Mmm.... surprised that nobody was interested in this. potential for Logos / Verbum with personal notes available on a Chromebox / Chromebook.

Lack of Chromebook support has already been discussed here and here .  Until ARC Welder supports native C/C++ code it can't be used to get our apps running on Chromebooks.

Well, tonight I installed Arc Welder on my Pixel 2 LS (i7, 16 GB RAM) and Logos 4.6.4 and it not only worked, but I was able to log in to my account, run a commentary and Bible side by side and highlight. I was able to download resources locally, too. It's not as snappy as I would like, but it's looking good in fullscreen mode. Things are quicker for resources that are downloaded.

Also note, in the near future Chrome is being dropped - everything is being merged into Android.  This will make most of this discussion mute.

Yes, Google's Arc Welder developer preview that was released yesterday has improved quite a bit.  Please know that we cannot support our apps running under this developer preview release.  Any issues you might find should be reported to Google, and not Faithlife.

According to The Verge, ChromeOS is not being dropped; both Android and ChromeOs will exist side by side.

So far it's vapor-ware, all we can do is wait and see.
