Searching a collection doesn't seem to work

I made a "collection" out of my sermon illustration resources. There are 14 of them, all bought from Logos. When I do a basic "search all text" in my illustration collection of books, I get no results, no matter what word I type or how I format. . .

Logos experts--vhat am I doing wrong? Called logos support--no help.

Is the index still running?

Can you perform searches of other resources? For example does a search all resources instead of the collection does it return expected results?

If you can, something else is happening. If you cannot then it is likely an index problem and you would need to rebuild the index.

Try the "Rebuild Index" command in Logos, let everything re-index and then try it. Let me know if that works.

Thanks gurus---rebuilding the index did the trick, however, rebuilding the index seems stuck at the 99% point.

Kill the indexer process, setup logging then restart Logos. If it gets stuck again upload the zipped logs as described.
