Installation of Logos Bible Software Did not Suceed

Logos and Verbum both open but within a minute or so a dialog box opens Title: "Logos Bible Software Setup".  Content: "The installation of Logos Bible Software did not succeed."  Same message for Verbum.  I click OK and the dialog box closes, but comes back repeatedly.  Is there supposed to be an update?  I'm running Windows 10.

Welcome to the forums. I am experiencing the same problem as I mentioned in this post https://community.logos.com/forums/t/114742.aspx . I just sent an email to customer service. Hopefully they will have an answer.

It may not be the same problem. So please upload your compressed Log Files folder (or compressed DigitalLibraryInstall.log file) so we can check
