After I cross over Jordan I know my son (who has Logos) can obtain my Note and Verse List's and import them into his system.

Is there some way he can do that and differentiate my data from his?

Your Notes and Passage Lists etc are Logos Documents. You can share them with him (e.g. by having a private Faithlife group for the two of you) via documents.logos.com. If the document names are "speaking" i.e. named "Rick's Passage List for XYZ" he will see these names in his system (after syncing the documents down) and see they are not his own documents. The Notes will include the highlights and he can even turn on and off the Visual filters to selectively show yours and/or his.

Running Logos 9 latest (beta) version on Win 10
