I just called in Customer Service and moved from monthly to annual Logos Now. Since my monthly subscription just renewed on the 25th, do I get any prorated credit for moving to the annual subscription? The Customer Service rep wasn't 100% sure how that worked.

Customer Service transferred me to someone else to ensure my monthly got canceled out, and they informed me my annual was "tacked on" at the end of my monthly, so I'm not double paying at all. So this issue is resolved and I'm all set!
