The app is freez up after I use the search function. I'm online when I am using this feature. I continua open and close the app but it stays frozen.

Hi Jesse,

It's unfortunate that you are experiencing this problem.  If possible (assuming the app doesn't freeze), please open the app and tap the Help menu, and then tap Report a Problem.  This will send us log information about what might be happening to help us fix the issue.

I can get the app to open and all of the features to work except for the search function. When I click on the search function it freezes up. I then have to go into the settings feature and choose open the app on the homepage to get it unfrozen. I hope that this helps identify the issue.

Out of curiosity: What specific device? Have you tried killing the app and restarting the device?

So, this sounds like a dumb question but does your device have a valid network connection?  I'm still not seeing your log information and it should have arrived already.
