Hey Proclaim team! Thanks for all that you do to give us a great product!

Quick bug note. I had our projection station (logged in with my credentials) "On Air" this morning. Tested audio levels for our videos and then left it playing preservice music. I went back to my office (logged in with my creds) and made an update to the script. I went back to the projection station to test audio on videos again, and no audio from videos. Restarted Proclaim and everything was back to normal. 

Could've been a frightening moment in worship! Thanks for looking into this. You guys rock.

Thanks for the report. Did you make any other changes to get the volume levels back? Or just restart? Are you on Windows or Mac?

No other changes. Just restarted Proclaim at the projection station. Both my office and the projection stations are Mac Minis.

I wanted to second that our Church has seen similar issues in the last 3 months. During rehearsal, all items worked as expected. At conclusion of rehearsal, we typically go off air and back on to being our pre-service loop. During the live service this Sunday, we found that several videos (but not all) did not play audio. We had to restart proclaim and go on-air at the specific video to get things working again.

Our presentation system is a Mac. Prior to service starting, we did re-order some content on a separate windows system; the reorder sync'd up properly. Nothing was changed/touched on the video items, and just restarting proclaim seemed to fix it. For now, we'll be restarting proclaim before our live service start.

If you could collect and post logs of these events as they transpire it may gives us some insight into why this is happening.

Would a log actually capture this since Proclaim itself doesn't crash? Proclaim doesn't behave as if there's been a problem, save the audio issue.

Proclaim will write a log even if it doesn't crash. Sometimes there can be something useful in there that will point us in the right direction.
