I am using a Samsung Mega - cell phone

 Android - version 4.4.2

baseband version R960tyubnf1

online / over data

each timne I try to use my logos bible app or the faithlife studybible app it opens and then the sign in feature pops up asking for my email and password. I type it in and it looks like it takes it then it reappears blank asking for my email and password again it keeps doing this and then wont allow me to exit out, i have to restart my phone to get out of the app. 

Help I am really frustrated and tech support cant help and i am getting ready to get rid of logos because this was the whole reason I switched to logos years ago so i could use it cross platform. this is the first issue that i have felt logos has handled totally inappropriately with me so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry for the frustration. After you and I talked on the phone, it seems to have been working, at least on one device. Please let me know if you have any more trouble.
