I'm back on my old XP laptop while my newer laptop is awaiting repair. There are two issues:
1. Logos 4.6 is crashing shortly after the main app starts up (log files attached). There were some issues with downloads freezing, so I've had to force quit the Logos Indexer a couple of times and that's when the crashing started I think, but I haven't used Logos on this laptop for quite a while so it's hard to be sure.4861.Logos4.zip
2. Logos is unable to synchronise files - comes up with the yellow triangle.
Any help appreciated!

The crash looks like a problem with a Guide - probably doing something which isn't supported in Logos 4. Do you get a crash if you open to a blank layout and don't open any Guides.

This may be due to updates on the sync servers no longing working with Logos 4
Bradley suggested this might happen at https://community.logos.com/forums/p/113509/757419.aspx#757419
Thanks for replies. I have opened L4 with a blank layout in the meantime. There was a 2GB update download so it may well be that the updated RIs are causing the crash.
I have set Update Channel to Default (was set to Beta) to see if I can update to 4.6c SR, but "Update now" comes up with "no updates available."
I'm on a fast broadband connection and L4 is able to download updates, though it often does get stuck while downloading, so maybe that's connected with the synchronisation issue?
Can I force an update to 4.6c SR?
ThanksRichard

You could try the link here: https://www.logos.com/downloads/logos4
As Graham mentioned, we don't support Logos 4 or Windows XP anymore, so we can't help troubleshoot the installation if that doesn't work.
Yes I know, but there's usually someone in the Logos community who can help, whether officially supported or not.
It looks like there's a bigger problem with connecting to Logos servers but it looks like I'm not going to solve that one.
Thanks anyway.
