I got my mother a Logos account a few years ago so she could have an offline version of the 1984 NIV (Anglicised). I downloaded it to her iPhone. However, recently it has disappeared.Her logos library is so small that I can see every book in her library, and it isn't there. I've deleted and re-downloaded the app - no joy. It's the same on her ipad.

However I have the same resource (1984 NIV Anglicised) on my iPhone. So it's obviously not a problem for everyone. Though I have had similar problems with the iOS app before - not being able to find books that I own, and which are available for mobile.

Are other people having similar problems? Are there any workarounds if resources don't show up on iOS apps (when they should?).

Without knowing your Mother's account it will be difficult to discover what happened. Please contact our Customer Support team and they can probably help.
