Hi

using Word 2010

dit someone has an Idea how to bring

1. [[@Headword:Aaron]]

to

1. Aaron [[@Headword:Aaron]]

we talking about 4000 (!) different Words

OK copy and past is an Option I know ;-)

Hi Sascha:

Do the words that you want to make into headwords have a unique format throughout the document? If so, using Find & Replace is very simple and easy.

Maybe you could post an excerpt of the document for others to look at and experiment with.

I believe there is a search Routine with Placeholder that could do this BUT I'm just to stupid I try Yesterday the whole Day just to replace a Point after a Word...and the Hand I dit it by Hand.

Try this (tested in Word 2016 only):

Use these in Find & Replace with wildcards turned on:

Find
([0-9]@. )(\[\[\@Headword:)([!\]]@)(\]\])

Replace with:

\1\3 \2\3\4

Hope this works for you.
