I hope the photo comes out okay.  On the left the full feature set is $143.33 and on the right it's $191.11.
I know there's a reason for this, but.......

Full Feature Set is discounted when purchased with a library for a Base Package.

Thanks - Well I'm on a budget and that just ruined my plans! :(  Oh, and please don't suggest the Logos Finance plan.

Suggestion is one year of Logos Now membership for $ 89.99 that "rents" the Logos 7 Full Feature Set for a year plus 10% discount on Logos 7 Library purchase => https://www.logos.com/now

Logos Now $ 89.99 followed by Logos 7 Silver purchase for $ 295.43 (with 10 % discount off your dynamic price) = $ 385.42 that expends $ 86.17 less this month for full features Logos 7 Silver.

Note: next year has annual price of $ 99.99 for Logos Now with option to pre-pay Logos Now subscription of $ 89.99 for more year(s) (one order at a time).. Renting Logos 7 Full Feature Set for two years is less expensive than $ 191.11 purchase.

If you only want the Feature set, look for the cheapest Base Package and add the Feature Set.

Appreciate the help.  I don't subscribe to rentware and even the $143 is a stretch.  I'll likely get 7 the way I got 6; get the free engine and add datasets, etcetera a few at a time.
