Hello,

I am having a problem linking our SongSelect account with Proclaim. It states, "Your account is valid, but is not associated with an organization or your organization(s) does not have access to SongSelect".

I have read the article (http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203969345-Failure-linking-SongSelect-account-) troubleshooting this issue and have verified that the same username/password works when signing into mobile.songselect.com.

I have also verified that our account is associated with our organization.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hello Peter, it will help us diagnose further if you attach your log files to this thread http://support.proclaimonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203763785-How-do-I-submit-log-files-

Peter, the log file you posted doesn't contain the SongSelect error (probably because the error occurred during another session) -- could you please use the "Save log files..." option from the Help menu in the app? It will capture the last few Proclaim sessions you've had since this one didn't.

I have tried again and received the same error. I also saved new logs.

Peter, it looks like your sign-in is being refused by SongSelect. I would advise you to contact them to understand why your account credentials are being refused. They will likely find this URL valuable when diagnosing the issue:

https://production.songselectapi.com/v1/oauth/OOB?oauth_token=15f861a1-81ec-4f09-bd15-e6f4195470e5&x_oauth_token_status=revoked

Hope this helps solve the problem.

Peter, I'd love to see a screenshot of the window when you encounter this error. Interested if there's anything we can do to provide a more informative error message.
