I am liking the new Media Tool as an upgrade to Visual Copy. It does make finding media easier (I found a great graphic on 9/11 I used today on social media), and even though I'm between churches and not actively involved in media ministry, I still heavily use Media/Visual Copy on social media.

My quick question is this: What determines if text gets placed on a second slide? Is it if someone hits Enter/Return after a line of text? I copied a quote into Media/Visual Copy with some embedded hard returns, and originally the text was on a couple slides. When I removed the hard returns, everything flowed back to one slide (which is how I needed it for social media).

Just curious how that works so I'm formatting slides correctly for both social media now and when I'm back serving in full time media ministry in church.

Thanks!

I don't know the details of the layout algorithm, but some experimentation suggests you're correct: hard returns produce new slides.

Sounds good. Thanks for clarifying. I'll make sure to remove hard returns on text I want on one slide.
