It seems flaky, since it does work sometimes, but the last time I unhid some resources they didn't download upon restart. They also didn't download when I ran "update now". I waited a couple days, and still no luck. So I ran "update resources", and they downloaded. That sounds like a bug to me.
I've had the problem prior to this time too. I've also had it work correctly as well. Seems like it should always re-download automatically on restart, no?
