Have been doing a PBB that has about 65 tables in it- but Word is not able to keep original and PBB will not keep copied version in tact- have samples attached- looking for ideas or suggestions.

Here is file of one created in Logos SD program James 1.2-4

Original PDF table

Word doc is below

I am not sure what you mean by

1. "Word is not able to keep original" and

2. "PBB will not keep copied version in tact." (--what do you mean by "copied version?")

Are you creating the tables originally in Word? Are you "drawing the tables?"  (not actually graphs, but tables?) Within Word?

Are you copying and pasting the tables into Word? If so, from what format?

Can you provide your docx or a part of it?

Note: aside from formatting issues, content of the table screenshots you provided do not appear to be the same.

The PDF is the original table- the Word doc- is the same info- but cannot build the tree as in the original- I linked a version I built in Logos Sentence diagrammer.

The Word version will appear as is in the PBB- but Word does not give the ability to build a tree version. The PDF does not convert the tree to Word- so that is out.

The only alternative I have found is build a version in SD and insert the link in the Word doc- then build the PBB.

Looking for an easier way- the SD veersion can be time consuming.

I was able to put the original PDF table in your document and it compiled with warnings but the table is there.

Is this what you wanted? It is at the bottom of your docx file.3021.7752.7- James 1.2-4 SUBSECTION CONSTITUENT.docx

I appreciate that- but if I try to compile a PBB it will not work- that is the issue- have not found a way to insert the PDF version in a PBB- I am having to build a table- such as the one in the Word document, or create a "tree" graph as the one in the link to logos.

What is the wrap text setting in Word for the table image ? (seem to remember Tight being problematic while Square and Inline work fine for PBB)

I guess your PDF file is really a picture file. Why not put these pictures (of the charts) into the Word document one after another? This should work.

By the way, they used images as well in the Logos version I told you about in that other thread.

I think the key was to save the snap shot of the charts as pictures- pictures being the key here- thanks.
