Hello,

My Logos Bible Software on Mac crashed every time I use 'exegetical guide' for a Bible passage.

Please help.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

Thanks for posting the logs. Is there a logos.log file in the folder as well?

If not, please enable full diagnostic logging and post a new set of logs after a crash. Details at https://www.logos.com/support/mac/report-problem

Your log file shows that there are a number of resources Logos is expecting to find which are not present.

Please enter the command "update resources" in the command bar. This will cause Logos to check for resources which you should have but which are not downloaded. Hopefully this will trigger an update and download the missing resources.

If that is successful, try running the guide again

Unfortunately problem persists in spite of trying to update resources. I also rebooted the program after.
