I am a Bible translator in a remote area without internet. I have just switched to Logos and need all the Quickstart videos for offline use. It is good that Logos saves the videos for late replay after they download when you play them one by one. But I want to just download them all at once in a batch now so when I am offline in the internet-less village working I can still watch any Quickstart video I have as not yet watched while online.
Hi Kerry,
You sure can download them before hand.
1. Click the panel menu of the Quickstart resource.
2. Select "Downlaod all media."
IMPORTANT:
There is, as of yet, no great way to tell how far along the download is. Don't close the resource panel, quit Logos, disconnect the internet until or tun the computer off until "Cancel media download" disappears from the same menu. This is your sign that the download has finished as there is nothing to cancel at that point. The option will appear after you start the download. The files can be rather large so this may take a decent amount of time.
Yeah thanks. It is currently downloading! I don't suppose there's a download progress display? (size, time remaining, download speed)
oops just saw the IMPORTANT bit below the screenshot. If I close Logos or the internet connection breaks before the download is finished, will Logos resume the download automatically upon restart / reconnect?

It definitely keeps all videos that have already been downloaded. About videos that are currently in progress, I'm not sure.

Unfortunately no, it will not.

Not at this time. Sorry. I would hypothesize this will be implemented at some point, but I don't know when.
