Hi,

For some reason I cannot launch any of the training video's. Is anyone else having this problem? I watch from my ipad and work from my MAC. I can't launch the video's from either place.

Hey Terese! There's a couple reasons why the videos may not work, from a slow internet connection to video player errors without the apps/programs themselves. Are there any errors provided when trying to watch these videos?
