Logos 7 stopped starting on Windows 7 professional x64

Last few days it kept trying to apply a patch; it would fail, then it'd say update available, I'd try again, now the whole program just won't start.

I rebooted, tried, to run again, no go, rebooted again, tried to run as admin ,no go.

Ideas?

HP laptop, 8 gig ram, some intel quadcore, Windows 7 professional x64

You'll want to contact Customer Service, they can help you troubleshoot. If you don't live in the US you can email them and set up an alternate way of connecting.
