Is there any way to search for the pericopes in a Bible Book? List and print them? Or is there syntax that can be added to the "copy bible verses" tool that would show the pericope for that verse selection such as the lectionary readings?

Does the Compare Pericopes in the Passage Analysis under the Tools menu help? You can expand the range of verses and select the translations you wish to compare.

What I am really trying to do is punch in the verses of the lectionary, and have the passages listed with the pericope as well as my visual filters without having to manually go to each passage and apply the filters and print them out. Just trying to automate a weekly process to save time.

There are no formatting options or replacement tokens for pericopes.

You can search for text in a pericope using Heading Text instead of All Text in a Basic Search. However it will also find text in other headings, depending on the bible e.g. "Book one" in Psalms in the ESV; or the book's name "Psalms", "Matthew", "Mark".

Listing pericopes is very time consuming as the search would have to use the wildcard *. An alphabet wildcard is faster i.e. a*, b*, c*, d*, e*,... x*, y*, z* (fill in the missing letters f to w).

I have tried that but I was asking if I search a specific bible reference, just the pericope and visual filters for that reference. Not sure what you are saying. Elaborate please.[:^)]

    For pericope only:

The pericope appears only for NIV and NRSV due to the way they present articles for a Basic Search (other bibles use the chapter heading).

Visual filters (their effects) will appear with an Inline Search, but the pericope will not be adjacent to the result.

This applies to any bible. The Search highlighting will mask visual filter highlighting.

    Thanks Dave I appreciate it.

I wish that the copy bible verses tool could be improved to allow for the visual filters and pericope to be included in the text.   [:)]

What is the paste destination for Copy Bible Verses ?

Note: Logos and Verbum have more highlighting options than are supported by Microsoft Word.

Opened Verbum 7 QuickStart Layout for Lectionary Reading

that opened highest prioritized Lectionary to Today and Highest Prioritized Bible. Changed Bible to one with Pericopes and Reverse Interlinear tagging (for many visual filters). Clicked First Reading Reference Acts 14:5-18 that changed location in Bible followed by Print/Export. Changed Print/Export to selected text:

Print/Export includes Pericope (along with option to print OR copy to clipboard OR ...)
