Frederick Wasti:
Delete is just a synonym for Unhide (

Fred,

In this case the word "Delete" indicates the keyboard shortcut to "unhide" the resource.  When this was first introduced in the pribvate Beta many moons again, it confused me.... And I communicated that at the time.

Mind you, "unhide" is not a word

OT (minor vent):

Not surprised, since even 'unthaw' meaning 'to thaw' is a word. Then again flammable and inflammable both mean the same thing too.

English is weird.

ok. I'll rephrase. Unhide is a word which is only found in one dictionary and is a word which snuck into the english language because computer people did not realise that there are an abundance of antonyms for the word hide and so they did not need to make one up

I was going to ignore this post, but then I decided to take a look at it before deciding to ignore it again. Does that count as reunhiding it?

Don't be ridiculous Philip..... You "unignored" it and no amount of reignoring it can make up for that!

Zombie threads can't be killed.

Unhide is in the Webster's 1913 dictionary. I don't have to tell you what that means. Stick out tongue

We work very hard on this side of the globe at defining pointlessness.
