I downloaded the application for my Mac for Logos 7 after I purchased one of the subscriptions. I copied it to my application folder and clicked on it to open it. Welcome to the forums. I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with Logos - stick with it - it is a great program and really helps with in depth bible study.
I am a mac user but don't have the skills to analyse the logs you submitted – there will likely be some other volunteer along in a while who can do that.
In the meantime you might usefully try launching the program from Launch Pad there have been some reports of this type of problem on certain models of Mac.
What is the model and year of the Mac you are using?
How much free space is available on you Hard Disk?
(Logos needs a lot of free space to complete its installation)
It is a 2012 MacBook Pro. I have over 400gb of free hard drive space.
James if nobody else helps out here you should contact customer support.
If you are not in the USA I recommend using Skype to contact the American help desk number.
I'm sorry Logos is crashing on you.
Post another set of logs if it crashes again immediately after the crash.

I have just done that. It put up a notification that said "Logos app cannot be opened" and just disappeared from the sidebar again.
