I usually have one primary pane open with the ESV in the center of my workspace set to use a largish font, and then have a secondary pane also showing the ESV on the right of my workspace with a smaller font. The "secondary" window is set to be the target of all hyperlinks (that is, "Send Hyperlinks Here" is checked in the secondary window).
The issue is that each time I close and then later restart Logos, both the "primary" and "secondary" windows end up with the same (usually small) font-size. It seems to be random as to which font-size "sticks" - sometimes the big font size sticks and sometimes the small font-size sticks. But the point is that each time I restart Logos, even though my workspace is set to be saved when closing Logos, both windows end up with the same font size.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or is by design. If it is by design, please can this be changed to save the font size for each open pane?
